Whether you are just starting your adventure with smoking food or already have experience with smokers – this short introduction is for you. It will give you a brief overview of our smokers and their features. It will help you choose the one that best suits your needs.
Frequency of use
How often you will use the smoker is the most important criterion in choosing one for yourself. For your first try, as well as for occasional use and smaller quantities of food, you can go for one of the first types. For regular smoking of bigger amounts of food, we recommend that you chose between the more advanced models.
High quality guaranteed
All of our smokers are high quality and even the smaller models feature top technological solutions. You don’t have to go for the biggest and most expensive one to be satisfied.
For an overview of the models and features please consult the table and detailed descriptions below:
|Smoking chamber volume||68 l||97 l||85 l||106 l||170 l|
|Different chips sizes|
|Thermal insulation (cork)|
Below you can find these features explained
1. Integrated ventilator and circulating air
The integrated ventilator allows to prepare and dry the food before the smoking process starts. The circulating air feature distributes the smoke and heat within the smoking chamber and allows to achieve a uniform taste and color. Smoke control gives more control over the process and directly influences the final outcome and product quality.
2. Smoke filter
When deciding yourself to buy a smoker you should think about a smoke filter. This allows you to produce more healthy food and keep a lot of tar substances away from the smoking chamber. To see the difference take a look below and compare a clean filter and one after smoking:
Yes! We had the same impression. That’s why we mount the filter in all of our smokers (to be precise – they are integrated in our smoke generators).
3. Temperature control
Temperature control has a huge impact on the food you are allowed to smoke. This has been made easy which a temperature regulator which keeps the preset value. To check if that is the case all smokers are equipped with a thermometer.
4. Thermal insulation
Thermal insulation done with cork stabilizes the temperature in the smoking chamber and reduces the heat dissipation. You can find it in the bigger smoker models.
5. Easy cleaning
All of our smokers are produced from a high quality stainless steel (INOX). This material itself makes it relatively easy to clean them without the use of any special cleaning fluids. However the two MS1921 and MS1922 models are even easier to clean, because the smoking chamber can be de-assembled.
6. Costs of operation
All models are equipped with the same heating elements. Therefore there is no big difference in electricity consumption.
